I have been an active real estate investor in the South Bay, and other locations. Buying and selling numerous properties over the last 11 years, and managing investment property in the area. Feb 2002 – Present: Leading realtor with leading local real estate firm, South Bay Brokers. Year End Top Producer at South Bay Brokers. Management Team of South Bay Brokers 2007 to the present.  

Feb 1999-Present: Local real estate investor and property manager. Actively manage rental property for long-term tenants and vacation rentals.  

October 1992-October 2002: Event Management and Sports Marketing. Event Director for leading sports marketing firm, included site development; implementing full marketing plan for ticket and sponsorship sales.  

July 1988-October 1992: Commercial Real Estate, Seeley Company in Irvine California. Represented buyers and sellers in the Orange County office market.  

College Graduate: BS from USC 1988 school of Business Administration, Real Property Development and Management Program.  

Pre-College Graduate Experience: Superintendent for Phoenix area construction firm specializing in custom homes.
